How We Deal with Complaints

At Attain, we strive to ensure that we provide the highest level of service to all our stakeholders. That\'s why we value all feedback; it provides us with valuable information about how we can better serve our clients/stakeholders in the future.

On receipt of your complaint, we will provide you with written acknowledgement and, (depending on the nature of your feedback), advise the course of review that we will undertake.

We will then attempt to resolve your complaint and provide you with a resolution within 7 days of receiving your request.

A personal contact number will be provided to you, (so you can speak to the same person about the issue), if you wish to discuss anything further with us.
